A light roast was what drew my attention. The scent just as you open the bag. This is coffee. Fruity and such long after taste! You just know you had such a lovely coffee a long time after!

This coffee was exactly what I wanted. Deep, but not plain. A lot of different undertones is what differentiates it for me from all the other coffee beans bought from coffee shops like Arabica or Blue bottle. I don’t think I can ever go back. The spiciness and nuttiness is in perfect balance
