Story Behind
Torch Coffee Mountain Man Project: For many years, Torch Coffee has been working in coffee-producing regions to help improve coffee quality. The Mountain Man Project is an initiative aimed at enhancing the quality of Yunnan coffee and promoting Yunnan specialty coffee.

Initially, the project brought baristas to Yunnan to work alongside local coffee farmers in processing coffee. Through this exchange, they were able to improve quality while also raising awareness about Yunnan coffee.

This project continues every year, with new iterations of the "Mountain Man" model being developed annually.
