El Puente has a unique wash process compare to others by utilizing a centrifuge to completely remove mucilage and prevent the onset of unnecessary fermentation. This result in extremely flavor intensity and clarity where no other washed geisha can compare. It truly exhibits the beauty and elegant of the varietal flavor of white flowers and citrus note.
We do recommend you to brew with hotter water temperature and higher brew ratio for best result on this Hx.
