Travelling in Hong Kong, I bought some freshly roasted coffee for my hotel room manual drip with hand grinder. When I came back to my room after making a cup of coffee, my room literally smelt like a coffee shop. The coffee was so fresh.

The best Mandheling I have enjoyed so far.

My first experience of enjoying Japanese roasted beans. The beans are roasted very well in dark brown, though the sizes are not quite constant. Medium and smooth body, no bitter or charcoal taste, with some nice sweetness. I make it by dripping.

This bean has all the flavours I love, with great body and a long finish. I use this in an Aeropress with a fairly fine grind, add some warm milk and I always find myself drinking this one too fast, it's that delicious.
