How do we work?

How fresh is my coffee?
We guarantee freshness.
Your coffee is roasted no longer than 10 days ago.

How often do we roast?
We fire up our machines and roast all the orders weekly. Our roasting day is usually on Monday.

What is the order cut-off time?
It is 12:00 midnight on Sunday.

When can I expect my coffee?
Once we received your order we will ship out your coffee within 3 working days (Usually the next day). That being said, your coffee might be scheduled to roast in our next roast day for freshness, in this case, it might take up to 5-7 working days but definitely worth the wait.

For self pick-up order
Orders Cut-off is every 12:00 midnight Sunday. All coffees are roasted on Monday, and orders will be delivered to the designated self pick-up location on the following Monday. 
Customers may collect their orders at the pick-up point by providing their order number and name.
